I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I simply ask that you give me at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
* Less than 24 hours' notice: A 50% fee may apply.
* No-show without contacting me: A 50% fee will apply.
* Running late: Please send me a message so we can figure out the best option for your appointment.
Emergencies and unexpected situations will always be considered with grace and understanding.
